The correct set of replacement brake assemblies for your AxleTek 12 inch assemblies is the kit part # AKEBRK-7-SA that you referenced. This kit is a pair of left and right assemblies that are an exact match to what you have that are also self adjusting as well.
Then if you have a 6 lug hub/drum currently the correct replacement would be the part # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K or if you have an 8 lug hub you'd need # AKHD-865-7-G-EZ-K. view full answer...
If it feels like the hubs are getting too hot, one item to check is if the spindle nut is too tight and the added stress on the bearings is overheating the bearings and hub that could cause damage to the bearings. I have attached a video of our technician installing a hub on a trailer and how the spindle nut should be tightened to prevent over heating. At the 1 minute and 45 second mark you can see the hub installation.
You also will want to try adjusting your brakes since it's possible... view full answer...
The only tandem axle lift kit available is the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit - Tandem Axle item # RR23QX. It is comparable to the Lippert system and will raise your 2021 K-Z Sportsmen Travel Trailer trailer height by 1-1/4" or 2-1/4".
If your axles are above your leaf springs you can always use an axle flip kit to gain 2"-3" of lift depending on how thick your axle is. If you have a 2-3/8" axle you will want the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit item # K71-384-00.... view full answer...
To get the best performance out a weight distribution hitch you'll want to first know your trailer's fully loaded tongue weight. Once you're fully loaded you could use a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 to get an accurate number to work with. Most likely you'll fall around the 400lb range.
If you're experiencing a minor amount of sway then I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-0450. This system has two friction points (where the frame brackets... view full answer...
For a 2017 K-Z Sportsmen Classic 14RBT Travel Trailer you would actually want the Adco Olefin HD RV Cover for Travel Trailers up to 15' - All Climate + Wind - Gray # AD57ZR, which is 15' in length and covers just the body of the trailer. If you wanted to cover the tongue as well then you could go with a larger one like # AD37ZR, which would have extra material to cover the tongue but would also have a bit more slack since it wouldn't be as tight of a fit.
This cover has zippered panels... view full answer...
The fitting you need is a type 1 like the MB Sturgis Propane Hose w/ Back Check - Type 1 x 1/4" MPT - 20" # 100473-20-MBS. As far as the regulator, I recommend the Camco Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator - 160,000 Btu/Hr # CAM59313. If you need the supply hose, that is the # 37207-31255. It is important to note that this supply hose is for the standard 3/8" male fitting on the manifold. view full answer...
It is very likely, but we don't have any way of knowing specific fits for stabilizers, though I can tell you how to determine this. All you need to do is measure outside-to-outside of your Sportsman's frame.
If that measurement is between 48 inches and 80 inches then you can use the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors # UF39-941705. view full answer...
The Everchill 12V Refrigerator # 324-000119 has a sound output of about 34 to 42 decibels. It's hard to provide a specific comparison to standard 120V or gas units as it's going to be dependent on the particular model/size but by comparison the average household (120V) refrigerator typically is around 50 decibels when running. A whisper is usually 20 to 30 decibels. view full answer...
The Reese friction sway control part # 83660 has to install at exactly 24 inches. If the clearance is better on the other side of the trailer what you could do is pull out the inner piece of the unit and flip it 90 degrees and reinstall it so that you could install it on the opposite side of the trailer. view full answer...

In order to choose the correct ball mount you need to measure the distance from the ground to the top inside edge of the trailer hitch and then subtract the distance from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler while the trailer is level. If the vehicle is higher than the trailer you need a drop but if it's lower you'll need a rise.
I have attached a full list of ball mount options below for a 1-1/4" trailer hitch. view full answer...
The Lippert 126003 is a 3,500 pound hub/drum and has a bolt pattern on 5 on 4-1/2 inches. The Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-K will be the replacement you will need.
The hub and drum has an Inner Bearing # L68149 and an Outer Bearing # L44649. The bearings, races, grease seals, grease caps, and lug nuts are included. The hubs bearings on your trailer should be repacked and replaced every 12 months or at 12,000 miles whichever one comes first.

We always recommend going with 10 Gauge Wire # 10-1-1 for the electric brakes. Technically 12 Gauge should work but since the wiring has to run a ways we go with the mindset that a slightly larger wire might possibly let a little more power through and give you a better connection.
You'll want to use heat shrink butt connectors # DW05745-10 for this installation. view full answer...
For the Solera XL 12 volt awning part # LCV000334909-362243 that you referenced we have replacement arms with the part # LC362243 which would be all that you'd need. view full answer...
